The school of Wind Magic
The Path of Wind is for those of whimsy and wanderlust. The path of Inspiration is the path of whispers and dreams, music and melody. For windweavers, few things inspire greater than the poets and bards.
Making and managing minions of the elements is the art of the elementalist. Entertaining, inspiring and restoring spirits with music, the art of the bard. And all the wit and whimsy of academia is left to the wizards.
Elementalist
Windweavers who master the elements have fire and ice, wind and lightning at their fingertips.
Windweavers who become elementalists are focused enough to shape the elements and imbue them with spirits born of wind magica.
Controlling elementals is like holding a steady bassline, no matter how intricate the melodies may get.

Bard
Those with the gift of song use it to the greatest reach of any windweaver.
Bards who master song or instrument use the wind to carry their soundwaves and their magica to all in company – making them favored among traveling groups.
Similar to their scholarly colleagues, the wizards, bards are scribes as well, recording history and catastrophe, hero and villain and channeling the stories into songs and songs into spells.

Wizard
Only the most academic and scholarly minds seek the road to prestige.
Knowledge, language, philosophy – these are the rhyme and reason of the wizard.
Vibration harmonics allow wizards to control temperatures but they must be as vocally adept as they are intellectually.
True wizards are masters of lore and experts at finetuning spellwork, as discovering new applications of magica.

The path of Inspiration moves with musical intricacy. Wind magica is activated by strings of words trumpeted in crystal clear resonance, harmonious notes balancing rhythm and melody.
Mood and emotion are equal parts of musical inspiration. To weave spells of a musical nature, the caster’s ability to capture melancholy to soothe, anger to invigorate and wonder to inspire.

All windweavers must also have a talent for song or instrument. Different instruments provide different focus and power, treble and bass, from the delicate strings to the rumbling drum. This has lead to the fine-tuning of many rare and exotic instruments.
